Pulling down performance barriers: STOPPING what stops you

Your mind is your greatest friend and ally for success OR your biggest enemy in holding you back.

Often the greatest competitor you face is within yourself. Sometimes the self doubt and lack of belief in yourself wins, or at least restricts the capacity for success.

Ash is a highly skilled observer who sees things you don't see yourself – the blind spots, stuck places, limiting habits and behaviours that take you ‘off track’, drain your energy and impair performance potential.

Sometimes an injury undermines confidence and thereby impairs performance.
It’s not only the body that needs healing. Sometimes the inner man or women is bruised and in need of repair.
